1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EZPZ Cabs website, mobile application, or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
EZPZ Cabs provides intercity, local, and airport taxi services within Delhi NCR and to destinations within approximately 600 km. All rides are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Booking & Payment
• Bookings can be made via our website or phone. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message/email.
• Fares displayed are estimates. The final fare may vary based on actual distance, tolls, parking, state taxes, and driver allowance (₹250/night if overnight).
• Payment can be made by cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit card, or netbanking.
4. Cancellation & Refund
• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
• Cancellation within 2 hours of pickup: 10% cancellation fee.
• No–show (failure to appear within 30 minutes of agreed pickup time): 100% fare charged.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities
• You must provide accurate pickup location, time, and contact details.
• Please ensure you have all necessary belongings before leaving the cab. EZPZ is not liable for lost items.
• Do not smoke, consume alcohol, or engage in any illegal activity inside the vehicle.
6. Driver Conduct & Vehicle Condition
Our drivers are trained professionals. If you encounter any issue, please report it to our 24/7 support immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
EZPZ Cabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
