Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Passenger
• You can cancel your booking anytime. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Free cancellation – up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
- 10% of the trip fare – cancellation within 2 hours of pickup.
- 100% of the trip fare – no–show (passenger not reachable within 30 minutes after agreed pickup time).
2. Cancellation by EZPZ Cabs
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your ride (e.g., driver unavailability, vehicle breakdown), we will offer you a full refund or help you rebook at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process
If you paid online, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For cash payments, we will contact you to arrange a refund via UPI or bank transfer.
4. Round Trip & Multi–Day Bookings
For round trips or multi–day rentals, different cancellation rules may apply – please refer to your booking confirmation or contact us.
5. Changes to Booking
You can modify your trip date/time free of charge up to 12 hours before departure, subject to availability. Changes within 12 hours may incur a nominal fee.
